We will always send an e-mail with your login details to the e-mail address you provided when you registered. If you cannot find the e-mail, please also check your spam/junk mail folder. You may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly when you registered. In this case, please contact our Customer Service. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Support team by phone or email.
Once you register, you are entitled to a 3-day trial membership to our website. During this time you can check out the services and make your choice to continue using them. You don’t have to do anything to keep your membership, just enjoy it and we will automatically upgrade it for you after the trial period ends (unless you unsubscribe before the trial period ends).
You can do this by visiting the “My Account” section of the site you are a member of and following the corresponding link to delete your account. If you need help, please contact our support team.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and at no extra cost. You can do this by choosing one of the options below: 1. Click on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button at the bottom of this page, fill in your e-mail address and then click on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to unsubscribe. Very easy! (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk mail folder). 2. You can click on the “My account” section of the website you subscribed to and then follow the steps indicated to cancel your subscription. (If you do not know the name of the website, you can enter your email address in the field at the top of this page. We will tell you which website you have subscribed to). 3. If you need help, please contact our Customer Support team. We are available 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm by phone or email.

Invoices
Once you signed up to the trial membership you have 3 days of unlimited access to the content available on the website. If you do not cancel your membership prior to the end of the trial period your account is automatically upgraded to the monthly membership.

You can also access the “My Account” section using the email address you provided when you registered and the password you received. If on your bank statement you see several direct debits of the same amount for the same product on almost the same date every month or every few months, this is a tacit renewal of your subscription.
Payments
Firstly, please check whether any of your friends or family members have used your card or have access to your personal information. If you suspect that your card has been used fraudulently, for example through theft, please contact our Customer Services team who will advise you on what to do next.
Once we have processed your refund, your credit card company will credit your account. The time taken may vary depending on the bank. It can take between 10 and 20 working days. Unfortunately, we are not able to control these times.
